This package includes exclusive museum access for two hours for your group and a guided tour of exhibits by a docent or Earl Scruggs Center staff member.

 

Add-ons for this experience include a beverage station, Charcuterie board, and coffee station.

Member Starting Price: $75

Non-Member Starting Price: $150

Host a dinner party for your friends at the museum without any planning, cooking, or cleaning!

This package includes a dinner party for up to 20 guests with catered meal service, decorated and perfectly set table, guided tour of exhibits, and your choice of music over the speakers in the Great Hall.

Pricing starts at $75 per person.

A reservation fee of $100 for members & $200 for non-members will be charged at the time of reservation.

This package includes a scavenger hunt for the kids in the exhibits guided by an Earl Scruggs Center staff member (parents, join in the fun or explore the exhibits at your own pace), kid-friendly pizza dinner with salad and drinks, and access to the Education Room with instruments, books, and activities for the kids.

A reservation fee of $50 for members & $100 for non-members will be charged at the time of reservation.

Host an all-inclusive wedding at the Earl Scruggs Center!

This stress free wedding package is for the bride and groom who is looking for a ready to go package. It includes four hours of venue rental, minister, bouquet & boutonniere, cake, full meal, your choice of music through the Great Hall speakers, beer/wine/champagne, and decorated & perfectly set ceremony site & reception tables.

Pricing starts at $1,500.

A reservation fee of $300 will be charged at the time of reservation.
